Danny’s Excellent Adventure (And a New Bytejacker Game!)
So – the Global Game Jam was this weekend. With teams participating worldwide and 929 finished entries, you could say it’s kind of a big deal.
But the biggest deal, the biggest deal of them all, is that regular commenter Danny (coolio-niato) took part in the competition and the results were something… well, damn it, they were somethin’ mighty special. People who remember his comment from our “Best Winter Levels” episode probably know what’s coming here, but for those who don’t… watch his video blogs from the competition and jump to the end of this post to see the astounding results.
Woo hoo! Another Bytejacker game to go into the books, and of course onto the Bonus Round page. Hey, Danny? Thanks for being rad as hell.

You don’t have the links to the GGJ that he’s pointing to in that first video. The point in the last video kinda works, I guess.
EVERYONE! GO PLAY.
Hey, that’s my school!
:)
When was this? I’m always in MC Lounge and I never saw you guys.
This was from Fri Jan 29 at 5 to the following Sunday at 5.
Buying memory cards is such a chore… You have to search online for prices, sort through which ones are genuine, go out to a bunch of electronics shops, compare prices, finally buy your memory, and then fervently pray that the price doesn’t drop in the next month or so.I’ve been done in by some ridiculous price drops in the past… especially this one time when I bought a Micro SD card for my DS flashcard at what I thought was a steal, only to later see that it had dropped five bucks in a week’s time.(Posted from KwZa for R4i Nintendo DS.)
