Cast your memories back, lords and ladies, to another age – and age where we asked “What is your favorite video game based on a comic book?” You gave some great answers, and The Kid named one that’s near and dear to our hearts: Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin.
Why do we love it? Cheesy animated cut-scenes, really awful gameplay, and an attempt at a photo browser on the Sega CD are all good reasons, but one reason stands above them all: it’s epic theme song, Eric Martin’s “Swing Time.”
Jon and I lipdubbed it, and, amazingly, you all did the same. Then Jon, using his Movieola and scissors, spliced the film into something magical. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you…
SWING TIME: BYTEJACKER STYLE.
Once again, we have proven that the Bytejacker audience is the most powerful force in the universe.

this is so good, i couldn’t just like it on facebook.
This is too brilliant. Superb editing Camera Guy, you’re the best Camera Guy ever.
I totally suck for not joining in but work is killing my free time right now (I’ve gone from shelf stacker to head of admin for 80 stores in a little under 2 months, so it is kind of awesome)
Ignoring the fact that I’m in this video, I don’t think I’ve ever been so embarrassed of THE INTERNET. My god, what have we done to pop culture when something like THIS happens?
Oh man. Oh man. Brought tears to my eye. Joy. Embarrassment. Laughter.
Epic.

LOL hilarious
Jon, You have surpassed yourself!! That was amazing, thanks for taking my Idea and running with it ;) Still think you should have kept the “worst videogame theme song ever” bit at the end :P And it’s a shame we didn’t manage to get anyone on “drums” :(
Glad you guys liked the video. Great suggestion Laurence! Sorry this took a while as I was swarmed with Blip fest, my regular job and moving all in the same week. I hope that the Bytejacker community continues to grow and that we do more stuff like this. Thanks so much to everyone for sending em in, I think we all made a horrible song likable . . . . . . although it’s still pretty horrible.
