I guess the news part of this is that Team Meat is having a contest to have someone make the cover for the Russian retail version of Super Meat Boy. Really, though, the point of this post is to show you the wonderful, wonderful video announcing the contest featuring Edmund himself.

The contest ends 15 января 2011 January 15th, so all eligible artist should get to work now! Just don’t Google “meat boy russia” when looking for inspiration. That was a lesson I had to learn the hard way.
