What about all those apogee games in the early 90s, late 80s? What about all the freeware hacks of more popular games. You know there's a freeware version of Lumines for the PSP. That should count, shouldn't it? All this being said I have to go with a game I made myself. It's not flashy or pretty (yet) but it's a lot of fun taking tetris and making it franticly fast. You guys always do such a fantastic job! As for the Best Downloadable Puzzle Game I gotta say that without a doubt it is Blocksum.
