[..YouTube..] lol, i don’t think i am supposed to be seeing this today.
*peeks through fingers*
did i just see a frame of tf2? i think i did. don’t try to game on a mac unless you have a new macbook pro. unless you are trying to play nexuiz on low.
10800 zombies looks awesome.
oh ya…
FIRST
[..YouTube..] Haha We are sneaky in watching Monday’s Episode Sunday night >:D. Great one John and Anthony.
I voted for Lightmare, I have a thing for 8-bit old-school challenging platformers.
[..YouTube..] You sneaky dudes! Always waiting up for the post ;) Gotta love it!
Thanks for watching as always.
[..YouTube..] I’d have to say xoldiers
I love me some 10800 zombies! good stuff!
nicely done,
these shows can’t be long enough. :P
[..YouTube..] Wow two Game Maker games. That’s how good game maker is.
I liked the commercial! lol
Woah. I already have a bad PC but even here TF2 looks way better. D=
Hey! My voicemail got played on the show! Cool stuff! Yeah, I have to agree about some games not working, but there are special offers that you can do to get Crossover for free, that’s what I did, and if you can do that I would highly recommend it.
An exercise in frustration sums up the selection of games this week.
The zombies game was first in that respect, given the steep drain the enemies have on your character’s life and the fact those pesky shotgunners like to fire from out of the dark. You cant combine your shotty ammo which means carrying one such weapon is useless. And you have limited lives.
Lightmare was next on the list. A jump game in the likes of the Jumper, Ninjah, Jilloff, flail, etc, series. And perhaps even more so with the limited number of lives. Better be good at jumpers.
Xoldiers gets my count thusly, and not just because you are not limited to a specific number of tries. The amusing dialogue and levels got me to actually plow through the entire game. And then there is the nice perk of having a level editor.
heres my pick and why…xoldiers didn’t like it…Lightmare is cute and has cunning level design, but 10800 zombies takes the cake with incredible music :o the music is just…it’s incredible thats why i’m woting for 10800 zombies!
A million minus points for spelling Guildford wrong…
Sorry, man. I’m so patriotic that I can only spell the names of the 50 states.
THESE COLORS DON’T RUN.
(sorry for the error)
Xoldiers doesnt work properly for me. When I load up any level I just get a blank white screen with the stats below it..the music clips too.
Lightmare is awesome though.
I know this question is a bit off topic, but what’s the title of the Bytejacker theme song? Can anyone tell me?
Our theme song is “Mega Love Gun” by I KILL PXLS. You can get it on this page in the link list or over on the “About” page.
Seriously awesome music. Everyone should check him out.
Lightmare dun got bytejackered – rad
Anthony, you did pronounce my name wrong though (say it like the tree, oak) – but that’s a pretty common mistake. All worth it for the fame and glory that is now undoubtedly coming my way thanks to Bytejacker.
Cheers
[..YouTube..] great episode! keep up the good work!
I played the games and I am most interested in 10800 zombies although I am stuck after killing the second boss how do you get out of there? Do I have to time it and kill the boss at exactly the right time and jump on the head after it dies?
Xoldiers is another interesting game it is pretty fun and strategy plays a big part in movement.
Lightmare does remind me of the regular gameboy age I remember spending quite a bit of time on R-Type during that period of time.
This is another nice Rapid Fire thanks for showing us the way.
